About Us

Up N Out Social Club is a Non Profit Social Club who's goal is to enhance the lives of people with disabilities to have active, social and fun lives to enjoy simple activities of life outdoors. To be able create friendships within the community thus preventing feelings of isolation and loneliness and to promote an enjoyable life.

A little love from pets can foster healing too!

Every Sunday we encourage our friends at Up N Out Social Club to worship based on their individual beliefs and eat out as a family after worship. When a group of people eat together they instantly feel bonded like family.

Trying and learning new things is something we all do together to enhance growth.

Who says you can't play Bingo at the beach?!? We have enjoyed each other's company and found that a simple game of Bingo can bring so much laughter and memories to our life! From our experience Bingo has kept our boredom, anxiety and depression away! Come join us!

We love to watch movies together! We have our movie days every Tuesday at the local movie theater. A simple treat like sharing popcorn with friends can put a smile on so many people's faces! Life can be simple and fun!
